LRCA encourages players to become members of the ECF.  The benefits of ECF membership include:

• Access to the ChessMoves bi-monthly newsletter
• Discounted entry fees to various chess events
• Your club saves on ECF fees to grade your games

ECF runs a Membership Organisation (MO) scheme in which LRCA participates.  As such, members of Leicestershire clubs can join the ECF at a discouted rate of £12 per annum by going through this scheme.
